Agreement and eligibility
By accessing TradesAndForms, creating an account, or purchasing Pro, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must use the service for lawful business purposes. If you use the service for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for that company.
Generic templates and professional responsibility
TradesAndForms provides generic documents and educational content as starting points, not legal, accounting, engineering, safety, insurance, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a document fits your job and for adapting it to the controlling contract, jurisdiction, license, permit, insurer, manufacturer, safety program, and professional obligations. A required official form controls when one applies.
Accounts and customer content
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity in your workspace. You retain responsibility for company branding, customer and job information, terms, prices, signatures, and other content you enter. You confirm that you have the right to use and process that content. Do not upload payment-card data, health information, government identification numbers, account passwords, or other information that the service is not designed to handle.
Pro subscriptions and billing
TradesAndForms Pro is offered at $29 per month or $249 per year unless Checkout shows a different current price. There is no free trial and no usage-credit system. Taxes may be added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled.
You may update your payment method, review invoices, change billing cadence when available, or cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Checkout or the portal states otherwise, and Pro access continues through that date. Except where required by law, charges are generally nonrefundable; contact billing@tradesandforms.com promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or exceptional circumstances warrant review.
Permitted use
You may download, complete, print, and use generic files and your Pro exports for your own business and project work. You may not resell the unmodified library as a competing template collection, misrepresent TradesAndForms as approving your work, share an account to avoid subscription limits, defeat technical protections, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service to harm another person.
Service availability and changes
We may correct templates, change service features, suspend abusive or insecure use, and discontinue functionality. We aim to preserve customer access and provide reasonable notice when practical, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Ownership
The site design, original descriptions, software, and document system belong to TradesAndForms or its licensors. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and generate documents from that content while providing the service. Third-party names, source materials, and links remain the property of their respective owners.
No guarantees
Use of a template does not guarantee legal enforceability, payment, insurance approval, permit closeout, licensing compliance, OSHA compliance, safety, engineering adequacy, manufacturer warranty, tax treatment, or a particular commercial outcome. The service and templates are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesAndForms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service or templates. Some jurisdictions do not permit every exclusion or limitation, so a limitation applies only to the extent allowed.
