Information we collect
Free downloads do not require an account or email. If you join early access, we collect your email address, trade interest, source page, optional form reference, available campaign parameters, referrer, and submission time. If you contact us, we collect the name, email, optional company, trade, subject, message, source page, and submission time you provide.
How information is used
We use early-access information for product launch updates and aggregate interest analysis. We use contact information to respond to the message, investigate issues, and improve the library. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and analytics
Supabase stores submitted records and Vercel hosts the application. Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, and Google Analytics provide usage and performance measurement. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser, device, referring-page, approximate-location, and interaction information under Google's own terms. Analytics does not gate access to free downloads.
Retention and deletion
Early-access records are retained until launch communications are no longer relevant or a deletion request is received. Contact submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain an issue history, and meet legitimate operational obligations. To request access or deletion, email privacy@tradesandforms.com.
Your choices
You may download every public file without submitting personal information. Early-access messages will include an unsubscribe method. You may also contact us directly instead of using the contact form.
