Transparent methodology

Start with the job. End with a document that earns the download.

Our process connects search intent to an actual operational use, builds one typed source of truth, generates the web preview and files, and checks every route and asset. We state what has—and has not—received external review.

01

Map intent to a workflow

We start with supplied keyword and SERP research when available, then ask whether a query represents a distinct audience, decision, field set, format, or operational step. Missing metrics remain blank; they are never estimated or treated as zero.

02

Define the document once

A typed definition records trade, category, title, fields, field types, sections, instructions, fictional example values, limitations, sources, related routes, review date, filenames, and output formats. That definition powers the page and files together.

03

Design for print and entry

PDFs use US Letter dimensions, readable hierarchy, black-and-white-safe contrast, clean page breaks, writing space, fillable fields where practical, and no TradesAndForms branding. Spreadsheet versions separate intended entry cells from protected formulas and layout.

04

Use primary sources carefully

When a page states safety, refrigerant, or other regulated facts, we prefer official sources such as OSHA and EPA. A source does not turn a generic checklist into proof of compliance, and the page says so.

05

Audit the complete system

Automated checks cover route count, sitemap membership, unique metadata, internal links, file coverage, PDF readability, spreadsheet formulas and protection, content similarity, and the production build. Representative pages also receive responsive and accessibility tests.

06

Flag external review

Contracts, lien waivers, payment applications, safety documents, job hazard analysis, refrigerant logs, and insurance-related roofing documents benefit from qualified external review. We document that need and never imply the review already happened.
